Services / Automation and AI development

We connect the copying and sorting you repeat into one workflow.

We start from the files and tools you already use, split what to automate from what a person should check, then design internal tools, customer-facing features and AI integrations around the work.

No technical spec needed. Tell us how you do it today and where it hurts.

A good fit when

Requests live in too many places

Bring email, chat and sheets into one view.

You retype the same information

Extract the fields you need and record them where they belong.

Replies and drafts eat your time

AI drafts, a person confirms before sending.

How the work changes

An example from Biggie's own email work.

Before
  1. Open and read each inquiry email
  2. Retype terms and dates into a sheet
  3. Write each reply from scratch
Now
  1. Each email arrives summarized with key fields
  2. Clients and status sit on one screen
  3. A reply draft is prepared, and a person checks before sending

When I first built summaries and reply drafts, the AI invented things the sender never said. I changed the flow so a person confirms before sending. Client tools follow the same rule.

I run my own inquiries, schedule, content production and magazine publishing on systems I built myself.

What we define first

We agree on these before building, so ownership is clear.

  • Inputs and outputs
  • Which existing tools to connect
  • Steps that need human approval
  • Where data is stored and what goes to external AI services
  • Who owns accounts, domains and source
  • Running costs, error handling and maintenance

How we work

  1. Review today's processShow us how you do it now.
  2. Prove it on a small scopeOne unit of work handled end to end.
  3. Agree scope and costDecided after seeing the proof.
  4. Build, review, hand overYou use it, we fix it, then hand over operations.

Questions

Can we keep our current tools?

As much as possible. We connect to your email and sheets before suggesting anything new.

Can actions wait for approval?

Yes. Sending, paying and deleting are designed to wait for a person.

What if the AI is wrong?

AI can invent things. We use it for drafts and summaries, show the source next to it, and leave the decision to a person.

Are there costs after delivery?

There can be usage-based costs for servers or AI. We itemize them in the quote.

We don't know where to start.

List what repeats and we will pick the highest-impact item together.
