Terms of Service (English)
These terms govern the Instagram automation service operated by Biggie AI at hook.biggiexai.com.
Service. For an Instagram professional account you connect, the service sends public replies and DMs that match the comment keywords you set, publishes and schedules reels, and shows post performance. It works only through Meta's official Instagram API.
Eligibility. You need an Instagram business or creator account that you own or are authorised to manage, and you must follow Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Meta Platform policies.
Your content. You decide and are responsible for your reply text, links, videos and captions. Do not use the service for spam, unwanted messages, misleading or harmful links, or content that infringes others' rights, and honour any request to stop messaging.
Limits. Because of Meta policies, API limits and outages, some messages may be delayed or not delivered. Biggie AI is not liable for indirect damages arising from this.
Disconnect and data. You can disconnect the app in Instagram settings or request data deletion at any time, as described in the privacy policy.
Suspension. We may suspend use that breaks these terms or Meta policies, after notice.
Contact and law. Email contact@biggiexai.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
